I love working as a pastry chef...
And I thoroughly enjoy being able to have a chat to people about all things sweet,
without getting a funny look when I ask them about
'dextrose' or 'pectin NH vs pectin citrus'.
Since coming to Melbourne,
I've noticed quite a few pastry chefs putting on dessert nights
Happy Days for all us sweet tooths.
At Burch and Purchese we have done dessert nights
(with a few more coming up-check them out!!)
